Trying to help a local new Z32 TT'er out. She bought the car with a bad #6 injector and a friend installed a new one. Long and short, fuel hydrolock and bent the rod. It has run for probaby 10-15 minutes total at basically idle, no driving just some revving to try and diagnose. I did a compression test: #1,3,5 - 155 #2,3 - 145 #6 - 95 Put a little oil in, went to 100. Not good news as they just bought the car, but trying to assess what to do. I've searched a little tonight, but what's the best course? I assume pull motor, but from there can the one rod be pulled, or does the entire crank have to come out? Advice please? 88K on motor, no mods. Rod knock sound at about 1800 rpms, not at idle or much higher in rpms.
